Church Secretary

       He and his wife, Sherri, have been together for over 30 years.  They have two grown daughters, Brittany and Amber, and six amazing grandchildren.  He frequently says that he didn't truly understand God's love for us until he got six favorite grandkids!

    He served in the US Army for almost 15 years before returning home to Arkansas.  After returning home, he worked for Futura Internet of Cabot, AR and then WIRED! Technology Partners of Maumelle.  

    While he was saved as a child, like so many he "wandered in the wilderness" for many years.  In 2013, while sitting on the back pew at Bingham Road, Jesus grabbed a hold of him and hasn't let go since.  He now brings the same focus and passion he had about hunting, fishing and shooting to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

    He was called to the ministry in 2014 and surrendered to full time ministry Easter 2018.  He spends most days with our Child Development Center and team.  He was once asked what his role was to Christ, as a preacher, as an evangelist, as a pastor, as a deacon or what?  He replied he is simply a servant and will do whatever He asks. 

    If he isn't around the church, you'll find Rob hanging out with his grandkids or finding someplace else to serve.  His two favorite events of the year both happen in the third week of June, Camp Renu (the children's summer camp at Springlake Baptist Assembly) and Amplify Fest.  Just look for someone acting goofy or trying to herd a bunch of cats, err kids, and you'll probably find him.
